Development does not only mean the increase of income but also the improvement of people's competence. Taking capacity building as a solution to achieve the latter, AKPRO supports authorities of different levels in ethnic minority regions to have improved governance and helps ethnic minority people to have the ability to solve the problems they confront and perform better in their efforts for shaking off poverty and reach sustainable development.
